Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Shift Leader to join our team at New Castle PJ LLC. As a Shift Leader, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, and providing excellent customer experiences. You will lead by example, guiding the team during your shift, and upholding our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and supervise team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during your shift.
Customer Service: Ensure all customers receive prompt and excellent service; address any customer concerns or complaints professionally and swiftly.
Staff Management: Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver high-quality service; monitor performance and provide feedback.
Quality Control: Ensure that all pizzas and menu items meet company quality standards and are prepared in a timely manner.
Monitor Food Production: Oversee food production to maintain consistency and ensure that the quality meets our high standards.
Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Inventory and Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock to avoid shortages during shifts.
Cash Handling: Ensure proper cash management, including cash register operation, reconciliation of receipts, and deposit of funds.
Safety and Cleanliness: Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring the kitchen and dining areas are clean and meet hygiene standards.
Problem Solving: Handle any operational issues that arise, from equipment malfunctions to employee or customer concerns.

Salary:
$ 15 - 20 Hourly
